New Billing Requirement for ALL Service Customers
In an effort to continue providing quality service at a fair price we are changing our billing process effective immediately. These changes will help reduce the cost of providing service to our customers and allow us to avoid increasing our service rates.
Please review the changes and provide a signed copy of this letter/email/text or respond in agreement if responding via email.
Failure to respond will result in no services being provided.
Conditions of Service:
1) All service work will require a valid credit/debit card on file (no exceptions).
2) A charge for the service will be placed on the card the day prior to the service (or you may pay for the service in advance via cash or check) for known charges, with any extras or refunds applied to the card within 48 hours of the service.
3) For Weekly or Bi-weekly maintenance we will charge for the visit the day before any service (along with any chemicals used the week before).
4) For single visit service: A copy of the work order with all charges (including items added or removed from the order) will be left for your reference.
5) For Weekly or Bi-Weekly maintenance: We will email a monthly statement at the end of each month’s services detailing all services and chemicals used along with all payments.
6) If the card we have on file does not allow us to charge it, we will attempt to contact you via phone, text or email. If we are unable to get payment in advance, your service will be rescheduled.
